A family drama that broke out in the village of Achchi in Zaamin District in Jizak Region resulted in a retired police colonel killing his two brothers.

had an argument with younger brothers Dilshod and Muhammad.
Dilshod also worked as an officer at the Zaamin District police department.
When their argument turned into a fist fight, Tulkin ran to his car and pulled out his hunting gun.
Local residents who witnessed the incident said that Tulkin pointed the gun at Dilshod's head, the younger brother continued to argue and did not take his brother's threat seriously.
Tulkin made a shot, killing Dilshod. When Muhammad who supported Dilshod in the argument rose in front of Tulkin, the eldest brother made another shot.
The former police Col Tulkin Dovurbayev is under arrest now and is awaiting for his trial. He has admitted his guilt. He may face up to 20 years in prison.
This is not an isolated case when drunk police officers committed murders in Jizak Region. Locals say that a drunk officer from the Jizak District police department shot dead a 17-year-old man some time ago.
